Lake Spivey Civic Association Board of Directors
Volunteers, serving as Officers, Directors and a Committee Chair, make up the Board that conducts the business of the Lake Spivey Civic Association. There are six elected officers: (with renewable terms) President, 1st Vice President, Lake Safety Vice President, Properties Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. There are 9 Directors, one from each sub-division with the exception of North Shore and Emerald. Because of their size they both have two directors. Edgewater with only 10 property owners are included with North Shore. Spivey Commons with only 7 homes are incorporated in Forest Estates. There are 9 standing committees appointed by the President. In addition, there are other committees appointed by the President for special purposes. LSCA is always looking for volunteers. For new residents, serving on a committee, is an excellent way to learn about LSCA and the Lake. Donating your time and talents is appreciated by everyone.
Lake Manager: Brent Benedetti is your LSCA Lake Manager and works under the direction of the Board. He can answer your questions pertaining to lake safety, properties, silt management, wibesite, and general information regarding Lake Spivey Civic Association.
